Did you know... that the Youth Ranger Programme offers six credits (60hrs) towards a full 12 credit GCSE qualification?

Losehill Hall part of the Peak District National Park Authority is already registered as an ASDAN centre, therefore it is able to offer this six credit short course award on completion of the Youth Ranger programme.

The Youth Ranger programme focuses on engaging the student in activities that promote the understanding of the role and work of the Rangers and develop personal effectiveness skills leading to the qualification GCSE COPE.

Please Note: On completion of the inital six credits it is then the school's responsibilty to develop student skills further and lead them on to a full GCSE qualification.
